I have two:

My favorite line during the day would have to be Muppetvision 3D. In my opinion, the preshow is as good as the actual show. I actually get disapointed when I come in at the end of the preshow.

My favorite line at night is, of course, HM, especially if you have to wait outside for a little while. The whole area takes on a new atmosphere at night and it's really great when the CMs are into it.

just FYI, the thread is not asking what QUEUE you like, it's asking about lines (as in script), as evidenced in the OP:

My favorite line comes from DLR's Haunted Mansion: "Every room has wall to wall creeps, and hot and cold running chills!" The hot and cold running chills part gets me every time, it's just so cool how the Ghost Host says it.

Ok...go!

OH! Inside the ride. I was out of it when I posted my comment. Going back and doing it over...

The goat baa'ing in BTMR. I always do it with the goat when that part happens.

"Please let all bugs exit before standing up"- It's a Bug's Life

"Do not pull down on the safety bar please. I will lower it for you!"- The Haunted Mansion

"Please do not strike the vehicle in front of you" Tomorrowland Speedway (yeah right, especially when my brother is in front of me  )

Those are just some of my favorite quotes. A lot of my favorites have all ready been mentioned by others.

"Lucky you, you get to leave..." (or something to that effect...Peach complaining at the end of Nemo about the song! lol)

All of Splash Mt

"Stupid Judy" and basically the whole opening sequence of Ellen's Energy Adventure

Pretty much all of Haunted Mansion..... seriously. Can't decide.

But probably-

It is so hard to choose just one line, Carousel of Progress has so many good ones, but I would have to say the one I keep saying is "no privacy at all around this place!"
They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

I'm paraphrasing, please do not sit on the floor and in those shorts it's not a good look.
