For everyone wondering, here is a copy of the email I just sent out to everyone. It was an amazing fourth year for the league and I am really excited for year five.
Greetings everyone,

I honestly can't believe our fourth season of Subsonic Radio Fantasy Football has come to a close. It was an interesting season where we saw some record breaking point totals and games that came down to decimal points. Our champion this year is The Reluctant QB managed by John. John put up a very impressive playoff run after finishing the season in the middle of the ranks. Second place was taken by Eric and his RememberDaThaiOnes. Third place was taken by Kevin and his Bambi team. The full rundown for how all the teams ranked:

1. The Reluctant QB (John)
2. RememberDaThaiOnes (Eric)
3. Bambi (Kevin)
4. Detroit Lion Kings (Mark)
5. Giants New Groove (Jacca)
6. Brady and the Tramp (Me)
7. Ochocinco Dalmations (Dad)
8. River Pirates (Derek)
9. The Patriot Trap (Amy)
10. Tangled Phins (Austen)
11. Tebow and Stitich (Figmentaholic)
12. The Black Holes (David)

It was another amazing season and I am already looking forward towards our 2013 season. Keep an eye on your inbox for an invitation sometime in June. If you have any ideas for changes please don't hesitate to email me with your ideas as I try to improve upon the league every season.

Now with all the bookkeeping out of the way, I wish everyone a Happy Holiday season and a Happy and Healthy New Year.

See you real soon,
Len °o°

Thanks so much for running this football league again this year Len. I've had fun even though I don't know much about football. And I was pleased to pick up a few new "trophies" this year. I think year 5 might be the year I can make the playoffs! Congrats to everyone on a great season :D

Thanks everybody! After having to auto-draft my team and getting off to an 0-3 start this year, I didn't think it was possible. Thank you everyone for a great year and extra special thanks to Len for running the whole thing!

CONGRATS!!! You SIR are our Champion!!

I have one suggestion for next season. All of a players game yardage count towards the 100+ bonus. This year I had several players break 100 yards total and not get the bonus because they were listed as a RB or WR. Ray Rice has several games were his receiving yards surpassed his running yards and he broke 100 yards with no bonus.

I know exactly what you mean but 100 yard bonuses are strictly for rushing or receiving. There was no setting to allow for a cumulative rushing/receiving bonus. That is something I will double check for next season though.

One thing I want to look into on my own is defesnive team scoring. I think that needs to be refined as it just seems like you are losing too many points. I'm also thinking about flex spots for next year and cutting down on the IDPs. Just some ideas I have off the top of my head to improve on the league and keep it fresh.

Dare I say it, but Fantasy Football registration opened this afternoon! I have already gone ahead and renewed the league. Managers from last year received an invite. Please make sure you check your inbox and get registered up. I will open the league up to everyone on the board after some time goes by. Probably going for another 12 team league as we mark the fifth season.

Whoo~hoo! Are you ready for some football?! I'm in :D
My team name is a bit of a puzzle ~ I'll put it here for those who don't play fantasy football and want to guess. The theme this year is Disney Villians, and my team name is Gold'nthemtharBills ~ does anyone get it? It has to be smushed together because team names can only be 20 characters...

I'm extremely busy this weekend, but next week I will start looking into all the changes I want to make to freshen it up and improve upon last year.

I usually give the returning managers a few weeks to respond and join the league. After that if there are openings I send out invites to anyone interested in joining this year. You'll be the first one on my list.
