i think i'd go nuts if ticket books were still around...when you're immersed in such a beautiful, happy place the last thing i'd want to do is to calculate what tickets i'd need for what and the costs... i bet walt would be really happy with the new ways of admission...since he hated for the whole "...

we went to DL in 2006 and didn't even know what the disney gallery was! we missed it, and now it's gone...oh well :? we did see the really cool exhibit with all of the ticket books and old plans where the movie with steve martin about DL plays. i forget the name of the hall and the movie... i've loo...

I was just thinking of how many "complained" they couldn't just plop a request in and immediately hear it, is all. They sure cannot now! well, some days are always randomly busy on requests. at any rate, it sure isn't any worse than the last few weeks, and now in not-as-busy hours, one user d...

definitely the dvc membership...we'd have a lot of points, then, cuz we're already dvc! then, we could use our points to travel to the other disney parks around the world, anyway. sure, staying in cindy's castle would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but i bet after the night stay, most people wo...

i'm on during 9am on sundays sometimes! the queue is usually full, though, with resort tv or something. so sometimes i don't request. yzf has a good point, you can always add more and if no one is around it won't get in the way of your requests. if people are around, then the system is working, i gu...

i don't think anyone goes to wdw solely to watch tv, but i think plenty do watch tv while they are there. my hubby and i go to wdw 3 times a year, so it's not all rush rush when we are there. we often watch tv while eating breakfast in the morning in the room or after we get back and are unwinding f...

last days, in general, are awful xyzzy. i totally know what you mean. my hubby and i would get all mopey and sad the last day of a trip to wdw. we don't get that way as much anymore, though, because now we go 3 times a year. it still sucks to have to leave, and it is sad, but not 1/50 as bad as it w...

ha, interesting to see i'm not the only one who dreams about WDW. the thing is, whenever i dream about wdw it's AWFUL. like, the park has become really worn down and all of the good rides are gone. also, instead of awesome hotel rooms there are just trailers and dilapidated garage-looking rooms to s...

yea, i really don't see the whole terrorist theory to be a legitimate reason. again, there are many, many ways a terrorist could harm the castle if they were really set on doing that. i don't think the sleeping beauty thing would be the only way. again, if terrorists were set on doing the whole "blo...

saritajuanita, i totally agree. i think stitch (and maybe even lilo) could mesh very well in the tiki room (i could so see stitch hula-ing!)...the music would be great, too! much better than the pop stuff that's in the tiki room now (the conga, get on your feet or whatever etc). it doens't fit in th...

it's hard for me to think that 9/11 would be a reason, since there are many, many parts of DL (as well as other disney parks) where lots and lots of people are gathered in one place. i don't see what would make the inside of the castle any different than most queues, restaurants, and rides. my guess...
