According to the article that MadEye originally posted, the report says that he may have tried to reverse the train. I can't imagine the thoughts going through Austin's head. How fast was monorail pink going to cause so much damage? From what I understand, backing like Pink was doing is capped at 1...

Glad to be back up and running! I didn't realize how much I enjoyed yammering about Disney things on a regular basis until I couldn't do it. Thanks for all the hard work, guys. Data corruption ftl. >_< I knew I should have backed up my PMs... Edit: The 'new' posts from May are messing with my head. ...

I mainly watch because I like Jeff Probst, though. He has a thinly-veiled contempt for a lot of the contestants that reminds me of Monty Hall. I don't know who Monty Hall is . . .but if you watched this show from the beginning you would have seen open, blatant, painfully obvious dislike for [some] ...

Oooh, so it's in the section that used to have the cool, higher end stuff they closed off a while back? The separate room to your right as you come off the ride?

I guess that's a use for it... I miss the cool stuff they used to sell in there, though.

Where is this going to be, exactly? Is it something they've added to the PoTC exit/gift shop area? WANT!!! Why cant they do this for big kids? I may be 41 (as of today) but still....I am a kid at heart. heehee I don't think there's an age limit at Bibidibobidiwhatsit, though they don't have adult co...

I thought I read somewhere that the way the board is set up there is no way to win so they will be playing forever I believe it's set up as a stalemate, yeah. I can't remember what the exact situation is called, though (there's a funky official chess name for the kind of stalemate, or so I was told...

I watch the show via OnDemand since I'm at work during the actual broadcast (and because it's not interesting enough to me to sit through the commercials). I mainly watch because I like Jeff Probst, though. He has a thinly-veiled contempt for a lot of the contestants that reminds me of Monty Hall. T...

I hoping to go next year, though I must admit my first thought about the trip wasn't "Gee, I'll represent Subsonic!". It'd be interesting to see how many con-going members we have. Maybe there could be a non-parks meet up someday.

If you look at the original post, you'll see the story's from February. Most of those layoffs have already happened.

I thought those are supposed to be finished soon as suites. From what I heard, they are going to knock out some walls to make the rooms into suites. I am pretty sure I have also seen this on Jim Hill, which is not always accurate though. http://jimhillmedia.com/blogs/jim_hill/archive/2009/01/13/are...

The Pop Century thing is a BIT understandable. They stopped when the economy tanked after 9/11. It is more economically feasbile to rapair any exposure damage then it is to rebuild when it is time. They could have, however, placed something over or in front of them to block out the eye sore. I woul...

I've had Sprint for the past 8 years and it's been great, I wouldn't switch carriers. The coverage has always been great, even when we visit the Mouse! :D I've been with Sprint a few years and the only place I've ever had no coverage at all was in rural Vermont. And, strangely, in a Target near my ...

We did celebrate at Epcot for our 10th wedding anniversary a few months after the surgery. Ignoring the signs posted on the rides, we got on Test Track. I was fine until the end of the ride. A little more pressure on my chest than what I was expecting! We walked by Mission: Space. I just kept on wa...

Good beginnings so far. I'm going to update the first post with a list/index as we go along. :) In rides like POCT and IASW, they keep it dark so you don't see how dirty the water is. I've actually heard the water is dyed dark colors so you don't see the track/machinery underneath, similar to the wa...
