Re: Sleep over at one of WDW parks, where would you pick??

Yes I am sulley we are talking about wychwood casks. As I was speaking to our north Atlantic cousins I referred to it as a keg same thing only different. Actually I prefer some of the other brands they do such as scarecrow and wychcraft. Well I am pleased :) . Of course Cask Beer or Real Ale is som...

Re: Sleep over at one of WDW parks, where would you pick??

QUESTION cy1229 do we need to bring a keg of Hobgoblin with us and who is supplying the feather pillows? Ooh. Hobgoblin! YES, PLEASE! It's BYOP. :D Ok I have to ask this Do you mean the Hobgoblin beer brewed by Wychwood Brewery, Oxfordshire UK? As far as I am aware this is only brewed in Cask form....

Re: Sleep over at one of WDW parks, where would you pick??

What fun would this be?! I would sleep underneath Spaceship Earth and set my clock to be up before sunrise to watch the early sun rays lighting it up. We had an early breakfast booking in Epcot and arrived about 45 minutes after sunrise. It was beautiful to see the early sun reflecting of it when al...

Re: Monsters University!

I have seen MU at last, remember we are a bit behind you this side of the pond. Thought it was pretty good overall but felt that it would have been funnier. I think the trailers led me to think this. Nice to see lots of links to Monsters Inc. As an hour and half entertainment for the kids you can't ...

Re: The Pixar Theory

I believe John Lasseter has made no secret of the fact that there are lots of hidden things in Pixar films. A bit like "Hidden Mickeys" I suppose.
However for someone to take it all this far suggests to me that they really do have too much time on their hands :!:

I have this rather odd habit of singing "there are no strings on me" every time I go up our stairs

Re: What have you taken part in at a Disney Park?

I have never taken part of anything at Disney The closest experience that I got to do was to be chosen to participate in the Indiana Jones Stunt Show. When my section was called to ask for volunteers, I raised my hand quickly. My friend on the otherhand jumped up and down with her hand up. She was ...

Re: What have you taken part in at a Disney Park?

It's great to hear that so many have been lucky enough to take part in such a wide variety of things. Keep your memories coming. Just to complete our set. As I said the best two were on our last visit in 2011. The first one when I was selected by the genial hosts of Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor to be S...

Re: What have you taken part in at a Disney Park?

We were chosen as Family of the Day at Hollywood Studios back in 2009! It was really cool, they took us into a VIP lounge and gave us Fast Passes for the day. They asked us to choose between ToT and RnRC, so were driven down Hollywood Blvd and escorted into RnRC for a ride all by ourselves! Such a ...

Re: Character Meet and Greets

I can start with the time we met Aladdin in Epcot and told him where we were from and somehow ended up talking about Southport and how the theme park there has a magic carpet ride, so he had visited and knew where it was. We were in Disney World Florida and Southport is a town in North West England...

That parade sounds really fun MmeLeota and I can understand why the first time was more special.

What have you taken part in at a Disney Park?

I was thinking about how my user name came about following my selection to perform as Sulley at the Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor. (see: How did you choose your Subsonic user name) I realised that in our two trips to WDW someone from our family group had been selected six times to take part in something...
