Disney Dining Plan Going haywire?

Is it me or is the Disney Dining Plan screwing up the park eateries? Two observations. One: The complicated plan always slows down checkout as every helpful Cast Member wants the guest to fill the tray with all that is coming to them. Two: We went to DHS in Jan 08 and it was a slow day even raining....

My wife reminded me of the creapiest hidden Mickey reference to date. My 10 year had a nose bleed and the blood drops on the bathroom floor were in the shape of a Mickey. The 10 year asked if it was ok to wipe it up like there was a choice.
